It seems that in France, you can get a reduction in your rent for providing certain services. Some of these services are simply some sort of housekeeping or home maintenance, but the BBC reports that:
"...sometimes...the requests are sexual, demeaning, bordering on the perverse. "Sex twice a month," is one blunt demand. Another asks for someone "open in spirit and elsewhere"."It sounds like spanking in exchange for rent is a distinct possibility. The only thing to make sure of before signing a lease is whether the renter is to be the spanker or the spankee.
That would be even more important than location, location, location.

I have read some stories about renters being spanked if they don't have all of their rent money and so many swats from the dollars they don't have but the problem with that is in the stories they are ALWAYS young, beautiful, and skinny females. Isn't that discrimination? Hehehehe!
Now if they could do something like this in the uS I would be all set!

I have read stories of spanking for short falls in the rent and demanding sex for missing payments by loan sharks, it's sadly possible some of these stories are true.
This situation is funny neither for those suffering the abuse nor for those poor people in Paris.
Not only is it very bad for them, but it reflects very badly on us, who enjoy the lifestyle, as the vanilla population will often not realise the difference.

Interesting. Like others have mentioned, I've read stories about tenants being spanked for late rent checks etc. so they could stay and not be evicted. I'd love to be a fly on the wall if that were to happen in RL!!
I imagine you would be renting a few apartments at the same time :-)
